My three-year-old son loves taking pictures. He is constantly grabbing our iPhones to take pictures of us and he asks to use my heavy DSLR all the time. To turn the camera on children flip a green button on the back and then choose between two different modes of play. They can pick the camera mode to take pictures or the projector mode.  Subjects are previewed in the camera’s viewfinder and after pressing a big button on the back children can take a photo. The fun effects can be activated before taking the photo and pics can be customized after that.

The projector mode allows them to browse through the photos in the camera to pick what they would like to project. The picture quality of the projector is best when the camera is located about two feet from the wall.

My son loves his new camera and asks to take it with him when we go out, specially if he sees me packing up my DSLR. I love that the camera is big and sturdy enough to take the impact when he drops it, it’s already happened a few times! The quality of the photos is actually not too bad for a child’s camera.

The camera holds up to 1,000 photos and it requires 4 AA batteries (not included). Once the camera is full you can download the photos to your computer and delete them from the camera to start from 0.
