Odette Alfaro is a very talented local artist that makes beautiful jewelry in her home studio in Vancouver.   Her work has been inspired by her family and making unique pieces with a special meaning that celebrate what she cares for.  I was excited to connect with her and work on a personalized hand-stamped design to feature on the blog.

She specializes in hand stamped, organic and crochet pieces and I had fun going through all of her work on her website, specially seeing all the ones that allowed personalization.  With jewelry I find that after becoming a mom I am constantly searching for personalized options. I don’t want to wear just any piece of jewelry as most times they have no meaning to me. I want to have something that brings me closer to my family and that really means something special.

For my review I received a hand-stamped personalized donut pendant. I was able to ask exactly for how I wanted the text and she was very easy to work with. She also gave me suggestions to ensure I got the perfect piece.

I love the packaging I received and how beautiful it looks.  The font is just what I wanted and I am really happy with my piece.  I also like that her store has some wonderful pieces for man.
