Whistle & Flute is a stylish clothing line that features modern and affordable children’s apparel inspired by Japanese kawaii characters. The collection was designed by husband and wife Ryan and Miranda McCullagh and they were inspired to create the line following the birth of their son, Akira.

All of their clothing is printed made-to-order on American Apparel clothing and feature original artwork by Miranda and Ryan. They also have and online shop and ship their products worldwide from Victoria, British Columbia.

We were sent a couple of products from their store to try and I must say that I love them both.  They sent one of their kid’s t-shirts for my 3-year-old and a onesie for our second baby arriving in December.

Kids Je T’aime triangle T-Shirt

The Kids Je T’aime triangle tee is made out of soft cotton california fleece and it features an adorable design that is stylish and fun. I love the grey background with the design screen printed by hand in black on the tee.

My son loves the t-shirt and he looks great wearing it. I love the quality of the material and the fact that it has gone in the laundry multiple times and it still looks great.

Kawaii Cloud Onesie

We also received a super cute Kawaii Cloud Onesie. The cloud onesie is black with a white design that has been screen printed by hand. The onesie is made with 100% cotton and it’s soft and breathable for baby.

I have washed the onesie for when baby arrives and I can’t wait for him to wear it. I love the design and I am sure he will look adorable wearing it.
