It is the perfect time of year to bake some festive cookies with the kids, get cozy on the couch and watch some Christmas movies with the family. We have been streaming some of our favourite Christmas movies and we are enjoying getting in the holiday spirit thanks to Netflix. Below some of the ones we have watched or we are planning to watch soon (click on the images to watch!).

I have a couple ones that I have to see or it doesn’t feel like Christmas to me – How the Grinch Stole Christmas – the original cartoon and Love, Actually. There are a few hallmark movies I search out but those 2 – mean Christmas to me.

Miracle on 34th Street is my absolute favourite, followed byThe Sound of Music, It’s a Wonderful Life and,of course, The Grinch. There are many others that I enjoy, but those are my absolute favourites.
Elf is my favourite and followed by Home Alone.

My favorite Christmas movie is The Family Man, I think everyone needs a good reminder once in awhile that money doesn’t make people happy as they would like to think….family,friends and the ones we love do. my 4 children LOVE…A christmas story, Elf,ChristmasVacation and Deck the halls. We watch those movies every year and make a big bowl of popcorn and hot chocolate, I look forward to it each and every year,this year the baby was even into Elf…..it was great …she even laughed which made us all laugh…those are the memories that will last us a lifetime!
