Did you know that frozen blueberries are equal in quality to fresh? Frozen blueberries are frozen soon after they are picked so antioxidants in frozen berries are are just the same as fresh berries.

That’s a good idea, I will give this a try. Had a pineapple smoothie last week, it was okay, but will try adding berries too!
I do like ginger but not if it’s overpowering, I presume you can taste it in this but is it a strong taste or not?
