We usually celebrate it by going out to brunch.
We go out as a family and have a nice dinner or go to the movies together
For Father’s day, we usually do a family dinner with BBQ and sushi.
My family visits my dad to give him some gifts and so the grandchildren get to see him. Usually in the evening we give love and gifts to my husband. Fun Day!
We don’t do a big thing for Fathers Day. We will purchase a small gift for the dads but, we just rather spend it as a family.
We’ve never done a big thing on father’s day, since my dad’s birthday is less than a week from father’s day every year. But I always visit (sometimes it’s a combo birthday father’s day visit) and we have some dinner and ice cream and a few gifts.
We always have a BBQ and spoil dad all day!

Our daughter surprises my husband every year with a different way to celebrate the occasion – one year it was laser tag, another paint ball, another miniature golf, bbq, a picnic followed by a hike. Sadly both of our father’s have passed away.
