Crane Canada: Cool Mist Humidifier For Your Child’s Room {Giveaway}

When your kids get sick with colds and coughs during the winter, humidifiers can play a big part in helping ease the coughing and congestion. I already have a cool mist humidifier in our room so I was glad to receive one for my little one’s room from Crane Canada.

Cool-mist humidifiers are safer to use for children than warm-mist humidifiers as the hot steam can burn a child if he or she gets too close, so I knew the Crane Cool Mist Humidifier was perfect for his room.

The Humidifier is a bit bigger than what I expected when I saw the photos online but the size allows for up to 8 liters of moist output per day,  it means you do not have to be refilling it all the time.

The adorable child friendly cow design I received is fun and super cute.  I really like that it matches his room’s decorations.  I have it somewhere where he can’t reach it as he is very curious and wants to touch it. He got to touch it and explore a bit when we first received it (see below) but he is not allowed to touch it anymore.

The humidifier is very quiet when it is on and I really like that, it is great specially when is on during nap time or sleep time (we keep it in the living room at night).  I also like that it has an auto shut-off function for when the water tank is empty, making it safe when leaving it on for longer periods.

The tank is very easy to carry and take to the kitchen to refill. I like that the shape fits inside the sink without a problem.

This is an excellent humidifier and I really like it.  I make sure to keep it clean, I disinfect the water reservoir often and I never leave water sitting in it when not in use (like with any other humidifier). So far  I haven’t had any problems and it works great.  I recommend you check out their other adorable design that are child friendly, or their grown up styles that would look great in your own bedroom or living room.
