The most magical season of the year is finally here! I love the holidays and decorating my home is one of my favourite things to do. The boys love it too and we listen to Christmas music and drink hot chocolate while decorating. Our home feels so cozy!
This year we received some beautiful Holiday decor from Hallmark Canada. From festive musical plush toys to gift for friends and family, including holiday frames, wine charms, bottle tags, tea lights, candles and more. Take a look at some of our favourite items below:

The Santa in the Sleigh and Standing Santa are the boy’s favourites. I love the Rectangular Metal Tray and I put some Mixed Rose Hips, Poinsettia Tea Lights and their Blessed Water Bottle on it as a centerpiece on my dining room table. It is so festive!

I love making fruitcake for all my adult children and my two sisters. Everyone is happy to get these fruitcakes. These cakes are tasty and made with love.

We open one present Christmas Eve. We turn on some Christmas music and drink hot chocolate. Lots of fun.

For me that’s the Advent Calendars that I made for my 7 kids (pictures done in cross-stitch) and the 5 that I have made so far for my grandchildren, another is nearly finished, then I only have 2 more to make – that’s unless more babies come along. 🙂
My favourite Christmas tradition is to bake sugar cookies with my granddaughters
It’s so hard to choose one favorite because I love everything about Christmas. Opening one gift on Christmas Eve is definitely one of my faves. It’s so much fun watching the kids peruse the gifts under the tree trying to decide which will be the best one to pick.
My favourite Christmas tradition is going to the local parade with the family and then we head home to put up the tree that evening.

The advent calendar is always fun – who doesn’t want chocolate every day!
