I love everything about this time of the year, the sun, spending lots of time outdoors with the kids and gardening! Last year I planted a little vegetable garden with my 4-year-old and it was great watching him learn how food grows and where his food comes from.
The reward of having your own garden is being able to pick organic food directly from the ground to be used in fresh salads and meals. We LOVE that and I can’t wait to start our garden and have both my children help out this time. Such a fun family activity!
Our good friends at EnviroKidz are making it easy for YOU to start planting your garden this year with a wonderful gardening kit giveaway. Details on how to enter below.
