The PC Health app is a free to download app that provides you with a single place to access health care, tools and information to manage your health and wellness, and a curated online marketplace to purchase health and wellness products and services directly from your phone. Being able to access qualified healthcare online from the palm of your hand is such an important service.
As a busy mom, I love having the flexibility to have real-time virtual chats with nurses, dietitians, and care navigators, or consultations with GPs (you also have access to a large variety of specialists such as mental health therapists and endocrinologists) when I need to, from the comfort of my own home.

In addition, you can choose activities based on your personal health priorities, including family health, nutrition, mental health and more.

I recently signed up for the Self Care Basics Challenge on the app, a 3-week program designed to teach you self-care basics. For example, it allows me to focus on goals like learning to relax and breathing techniques. I struggle with finding the time to focus on self-care, and the little daily reminders have been a blessing and a great opportunity for me to take a second to breathe, relax and be mindful.

I love all the options the PC Health App offers and will look at all of them. I just downloaded the app on my cell phone. I am interested in the “Discover the Mediterranean Diet”. I have heard a lot about this diet and really want to take a closer look at it to see if it is something I might try.

I chose the Reset Your Sleep program. My sleep pattern always gets a little wonky during the summer. The program is two weeks long, so perfect timing for when school goes back at the end of the month.
