October is Halloween month and it is all about mystery! It is a great time of the year to gather around and watch mystery-inspired shows and movies with your family.
We have a no TV rule during the week for our children so we really avoid commercials when they watch TV on the weekends. Who wants to sit and watch commercials for hours anyways!? We usually stream shows on Netflix and pick family friendly shows to watch together.
Blue’s Clues is a fun show for the younger audiences and a great way to get into the “mystery spirit”. Our 4 year-old also loves Inspector Gadget and the movie is a must watch, pretty funny actually! Another movie we have watched is Spy Kids, full of action and entertaining for the adults as well.

Any other Scooby-Doo fans here? I used to have a Scooby-Doo lunchbox when I was little, totally loved it.

Scooby Door is a big hit in our house and the Garfield Halloween special oh and bugs special too
