Snake Tee

Canadian based online boutique Binksy & Bobo specializes in practical and creative handmade clothing for babies and young children. Started by a mom back in 2008, they offer items that are high quality, unique and made to last.

Their reversible tie dress for girls is one of their signature pieces and it’s wonderful when you are out with a messy toddler. You can easily turn the dress inside out to have a clean back up when dealing with spills, plus you actually get two dresses in one.  Brilliant!

They have also created a new line of appliqué t-shirts for little boys and I had a chance to pick one to try.  The tees are unique and I love the cool designs, a nice change from the same old big licensed logo tees you see everywhere for little boys.

We picked the Snake Orange Tee in size 3T. The snake tee is very unique and made of 100% cotton, comfortable and breathable for my boy. I like that the t-shirts have a nice long fit but I noticed that I should have gone to the next size up for a better fit. My almost 3 year old has broad shoulders and the 3T will be too tight for him soon, he will be able to wear it for a bit but he will probably outgrow it very soon.

I recommend you purchase the next size up if you have a little one with broad shoulders like my son. I am sure thinner body types would have no issues with sizing and it should be true to size for them. I am saving the tee for our second baby boy though so that’s o.k.

I have washed the t-shirt in my washing machine and tumble dry it on low and I had no issues with colour fading. The tee still look great!
