Earth Shoes – Fall Shoe Shopping Adventures

Fall, with its stunning scenery and colourful foliage, is in full effect now. I love watching the leaves fall to the ground and I am a bit obsessed with fall fashion and styling. Isn’t it a beautiful and fun to style season?

My everyday fall style staple is wearing a warm sweater, pairing it with my favourite pair of jeans, and a cute pair of boots/booties. The perfect outfit for school pick up and drop off, a coffee date with a friend or running errands while the kids are at school. Super easy to put together, casual and comfortable, but still stylish.

I recently had a chance to go on a fall shoe shopping adventure at Payton & Buckle. I went to the store to check out the new fall styles from Earth Shoes.

The store located in Pitt Meadows is a locally owned and operated shoe store offering a large selection of quality style and brands.  

Earth Shoes are focused on following better shoemaking methods, including the use of water-based non-toxic glues, vegetable-tanned leathers, and glue-free shoeboxes. They have also partnered with Trees For The Future and have planted over 550,000 trees since 2015. I love that!

Now more than ever, I make a point to support brands that care about the environment and are taking action to help protect our planet.

Another reason to love Earth Shoes? The shoes are super comfortable. I had a chance to try out a selection of their fall styles and every pair I tried felt amazing. They all have padded heels, arch support, premium lining with plush and firm cushioning. Seriously comfortable.

Earth Shoes also use a Powerpath footbed design that helps enhance the natural movement of the foot and optimize feelings of vitality and wellness throughout the day. Absorbing energy, stabilizing the foot and propelling the foot off the ground effortlessly.

I walk a lot every day and since I started wearing my new Earth Shoes I can honestly say my feet have never been happier!

The staff at the Payton & Buckle store I visited were super knowledgable and helpful. They were very patient as I tried all the shoes, took multiple photos and spent a long time deciding on the pairs I was going to take home. 

In the end, I fell in love with two of their styles. It was not an easy decision because I loved all the boots I tried on though.

Finally, I decided to take home the beautiful suede Peak Perry Bootie. I love that it is stylish and goes perfectly with a pair of skinny jeans or a cute maxi dress with a jean jacket.

I also chose the gorgeous Denali Aspect Chelsea Bootie in a dark khaki shade. I absolutely love the stitching details and the texture. The heel height is perfect too and super comfortable.

While at the store, I also have the chance to try out the Randi Raquel mid boot, and the Avani 2 Beaverton tall boot, adorned with a beautifully styled simple buckle. Both beautiful fall choices as well and some of my favourites.

Note that since Earth Shoes are not available online in Canada, I do recommend you visit a Payton & Buckle location in your area to check out their new fall arrivals. They are in Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Pitt Meadows. Trust me, it is worth trying them on and experiencing the comfort level yourself in person.

I had a great time shopping at Payton & Buckle and I am super happy with my selections. I love that I am ready for fall now and that the booties I selected go with so many pieces in my wardrobe. I really can’t wait to style them this season!
