When I was contacted by Little Miss Kate Designs for this review I was very excited. Up until this point I have only tried the regular reusable nursing pads that you can get at the grocery store. I have never really thought about wearing the disposable ones because of the waste and also, do you really want paper sticking to your nipples after every feeding?
I received a pair of her Canadian made Eco-Friendly Nursing Pads that are made of 4 layers of 100% cotton flannel. The pads are about 4.5″ in diameter and so soft! I was able to tell the difference right away once I started wearing them. I also love the cute butterfly/heart print design for the front of the pads.
I usually have to change the pads before bed time and I found that with these pads I was dry all day and night, no need to change them out at night. Pretty impressive as these look thinner than my old ones!
I really like how the edges are serged to prevent fraying and they are machine washable. I have been using them for close to a month now and I love them. I recommend them because of how soft and comfortable they are plus they are very absorbent and keep me dry day and night.
