I have been using a Fitbit Zip Wireless Tracker since last December and I love being able to keep track of my daily activity. I am a big fan of Fitbit products and I was very excited to be given the chance to recently try out their Fitbit One Wireless Activity + Sleep Tracker as well.
The Fitbit One is a small device that tracks you physical activity 24/7. Like the Fitbit Zip, this device tracks your daily steps, distance and calories burned. In addition, the Fitbit Ones also track any stairs you climb during the day.
At night time the Fitbit One does’t go to sleep like the Fitbit Zip does. The Fitbit One works all night measuring your sleep cycle, helping you learn how to sleep better, and waking you up in the morning.
The Fitbit One comes with a silicone and metal clip, a charging cord, a sleep wrist band and a free Fitbit.com membership. This device has a rechargeable battery that lasts five to seven days before needing a boost. I really like being able to recharge the battery instead of having to purchase new batteries all the time.
During the day, you can wear the Fitbit One inside of your pocket, on a belt, or even your bra. The silicone clip will keep it secure and the device itself is rain, splash and sweat-proof. At night, you can slip it into the included wrist band and in the morning a silent wake alarm that vibrates will wake you at your desired time.
Syncing all your data happens automatically when the device is within 20 feet of the wireless USB dongle. The dongle just plugs into your computer’s USB port and it allows the Fitbit One to connect wirelessly. The Fitbit One also syncs to my iPhone via Bluetooth.
I like being able to log my food information, water, workouts, weight and more all in one place. The added sleep cycle data is also very helpful. I never knew I was waking up so many times in one night!
The Fitbit One has been a wonderful little device to try out. I love the modern and sleek look and how it allows me to keep track of my physical activity day and night.
If you want to increase your daily activity levels and keep track of your activity during the day and night time then I recommend you check out the Fitbit One Wireless Activity + Sleep Tracker online. The Fitbit One is $99.95 with FREE US Shipping.

Looks like a great device. thanks for posting.
I have terrible sleep due to pain but sometimes I think I’ve slept reasonably well but later in the day will suddenly feel like poop. So I could really use this for seeing what each night’s sleep was really like plus the fitness tracking factor as well.
That sounds like an interesting product. I didn’t know they could monitor your sleep patterns.
This sounds like a device my mom would like.
It would be nice to know about my sleep because I never feel rested. Didn’t see how it tells you about your sleep but something to check into more.
You can find more information about the sleep tracking here: http://help.fitbit.com/customer/portal/articles/176094-how-do-i-use-the-fitbit-one-or-ultra-to-monitor-my-sleep-
This sounds like an interesting device, I’m pretty sure that I don’t sleep enough but I find the older you get the less sleep you get too. 🙂
