Happy Baby Daily Needs is one of my favorite eco-friendly online stores. Today I am giving you a chance to learn a bit more about who they are and how they became Happy Baby Daily Needs.
Above is a photo of Agnes and Walter Pak, founders of the company. Agnes kindly answered the following questions for us:
What is your company all about?
At Happy Baby Daily Needs we aim to provide a one-stop shopping experience for a wide selection of gentle, natural, innovative and practical products conveniently delivered to your home. We offer well-known brands as well as products from small family owned companies that provide new and creative items that are useful for families.
What is the inspiration behind your company?
I came across some innovative baby products that I wanted to purchase and there were simply no Canadian retailers carrying them. I started my own business because I believed all parents deserved the same opportunity to have the best products for their little ones no matter where they were located, making those products available to Canadians became our goal.
What is next for your business?
Our business is relatively new and we are expanding our product selection. This takes most of our time as we put a lot of effort on research before approaching any vendors or distributors. We only select products we believe in and we don’t carry products that don’t meet our standards, even if they are from distributors we have worked with before.
We will continue to focus on building a closer relationship with our customers with things like monthly newsletter subscriptions and receiving direct feedback from our customers. In the long run, we would love to support our community by participating in events that will increase the awareness of building a greener city (Great Cloth Diaper Change) and donating to non-profit agencies for women and children in need (YWCA).
