I’m sure I’m not alone on having two girls that are obsessed with ice-cream, and Play-Doh. So, needless to say, they were jumping around like crickets when the Play-Doh Sweet Shoppe Swirl and Scoop Playset arrived in the mail. It was set up in no time and the girls were engaged in the creation and sale of “ice cream treats” within minutes.
The main bit is the iconic Play-Doh press that squeezes the “ice cream” out soft-serve style into one of the four little cups or cones, which was easily operated by my four-year-old.
It also comes with a collection of scoops and has numerous built in half-mold shapes like circles and strawberries. The molds were perfect for adorning their little creations and really fostered their little imaginations. My younger daughter loved scooping the Play-Doh out of the can.
Of course, there are also little display shelves up the side of the main unit to hold the cups after they’ve been filled or while they are being decorated.
The Play-Doh Sweet Shoppe Swirl and Scoop Playset is available at ToysRUs online for $21.99. Recommended use is 3 and up.
Disclosure: I received a free product sample to review, however all opinions and views in this post are 100% my own.

This set is really cute. I can understand why kids like Play Doh so much. I can sit and play with the kids for hours when they have the Play Doh out.
