Today we decided to head to the Kerrisdale Play Palace with our 2 1/2 year old for the first time. The Play Palace is a giant, indoor playground located in the Kerrisdale Cyclone Taylor Arena (open from April 29 to August 28, 2013).
The Play Palace is ideal for families with children 12 years and under.
This gigantic playground area includes:
- Two inflatable bouncy castles
- An inflatable obstacle course
- A 22’ inflatable giant slide
- Ride-on cars and toys
- Ping pong, foosball, and basketball shooting
- Musical instruments
- A toddler area with padded flooring, carpet games, and lots of toys!
This fun indoor playground is a great place to take your kids during the rainy days or when it is too hot outside to get a little break indoors. Our son had a fabulous time bouncing on the inflatable castles, going up and down the fun slides and riding the plasma cars. Great place for toddlers to let out all of their extra energy. He came home to take a long nap after lunch!
Children and adults must wear socks in the play area (no shoes allowed) and little ones must be supervised at all times, so be sure to pack a pair of socks for both you and your child when heading there. They have a drop in schedule available on their website and you can find more details about their hours and more here.
Admission is based on age, and supervising adults are free.
Here are their current rates:
- 6-months and under: Free
- 6-months to 2 years: $3
- 2 years to under 6 years: $4
- 6 years to 12 years: $4.50
Address:
5670 East Blvd
Vancouver, BC V6M 3Y2
Enjoy!

Looks like a fun place!
Love the pics! He looked busy!
There used to be early admission for toddlers only one day a week. If it is still available, it is well worth the effort.
That’s great to know! I’ll check it out!
Great price! Everything like this costs a lot more in the Okanagan.
